Certus Capital: The ₹20 Billion Real Estate Vision

Certus Capital has outlined plans to invest ₹20 billion in FY27, focusing on housing, office, and mixed-use developments across urban and suburban markets.

The proposed allocation signals a strategic expansion of its real estate portfolio, with an emphasis on residential and integrated developments. The firm plans to deploy capital through developer partnerships as well as structured financing models, supporting projects from construction through to completion and occupancy. A substantial share of the investment will be directed toward housing, alongside office and mixed-use assets that combine residential, commercial, and social infrastructure components.

Certus Capital highlighted a balanced investment strategy aimed at managing risk while ensuring steady returns, with a preference for projects that have clear execution timelines and strong demand fundamentals.

The planned investment is expected to support the real estate supply pipeline, particularly in urban housing, while also contributing to job creation in construction and related sectors. It aligns with broader market trends favouring mixed-use developments that offer stable cash flows and long-term value appreciation. The firm intends to deploy funds in phases throughout FY27, with continuous monitoring of market conditions and project progress.
